Senior Requirements Analyst
Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Senior Requirements Analyst to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida. Responsibilities include: Providing subject matter expertise in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) to support the evaluation and integration of Command and Control (C2) and cybersecurity capabilities for Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Supporting DoD Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) operations by enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency. Performing PPBE analysis to evaluate capability investments and recommend resource allocations aligned with strategic objectives. Developing and implementing analytical frameworks and tools to enhance evaluation, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Supporting the integration of cybersecurity acquisition lifecycle and operational environments. Conducting cost estimation, lifecycle modeling, and business case analysis to support portfolio-level decisions. Conducting quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of deliverables. Designing and leading training and workforce development programs aligned with current and emerging operational requirements. Supporting 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments. Qualifications required: 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS Desired: Master's Degree in IT Management, Program Management, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
