Mitigation Project Manager

Our team takes pride in delivering top-notch results with advanced techniques and industry expertise. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mitigation Project Manager. You will play a critical role in leading restoration and construction projects from start to finish. You'll ensure timely, cost-effective project completion while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Manage mitigation and restoration projects from initial assessment to completion, including job scoping, scheduling, and client communication. Lead and support mitigation field crews, providing clear directions and ensuring safety and quality standards. Work closely with Lead Mitigation Technicians to monitor job-site progress, maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry standards. Develop project estimates, track job progress, equipment use, labor costs, and coordinate materials and resources. Coordinate and oversee fire, water, mold, and specialty cleanup operations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills with property owners, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project. Maintain detailed and organized records for each job, including costs, labor, equipment, monitor moisture logs, and jobsite conditions to ensure proper procedures and compliance with IICRC and company standards. Report directly to the Operations Manager. What We're Looking For 13 years of experience managing mitigation, restoration, or construction projects. Hands-on knowledge of water, fire, mold, and trauma mitigation processes. Proven leadership in supervising teams and delivering successful project outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software (Xactimate is a plus). IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, or AMRT are highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable visiting affected properties and working in challenging environments. High school diploma or GED required, degree in construction management, business, or a related field preferred.
