In this role, you will: Develop and manage the site's Industrial Hygiene (IH) strategy to ensure alignment with corporate, federal, and local standards. Maintain and execute qualitative and quantitative exposure assessment plans. Conduct assessments for new products, processes, and capital investments, identifying and implementing appropriate controls. Collaborate with Colleague Wellness to maintain and align occupational exposure programs (e.g., Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation) with corporate and regulatory requirements. Oversee the site's Safety Data Sheet (SDS) system and chemical review program using enterprise platforms. Serve as the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), managing all aspects of the site's radiation safety program. Deliver training and hands-on instruction to enhance site-wide understanding and application of industrial hygiene principles. Continuously evaluate programs for compliance and improvement opportunities. Partner with the EHS team to lead or support incident investigations and address employee safety concerns. Lead internal EHS audits and participate in compliance calendar and regulatory reviews. Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects by effectively managing time and resources, applying technical expertise to resolve challenges, and developing innovative solutions in non-standard situations. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

BA/BS with at least 5 years of experience OR a master's with at least 3 years of experience OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience OR an associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or a high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience Proven experience managing industrial hygiene programs and processes Ability to self-manage sampling activities from planning, sampling, analysis and reporting A broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and good manufacturing practices is highly desirable Highly engaged with the ability to effectively coach, influence and motivate colleagues, supervisors and managers Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong understanding of Federal EHS regulations and guidelines Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

CIH or other EHS related professional certification A master's degree in industrial hygiene, EHS, chemistry, or another related field Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry Physical/Mental Requirements

Must be able to perform field observations which could involve walking or standing on uneven terrain, squatting, bending, twisting, turning, and reaching above shoulder height and work in various climates from extreme cold to heat. May require walking, standing, and or sitting for prolonged periods. Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements

Standard work schedule, Monday

Friday, days; may infrequently require off-shift and weekend support for sampling activities in line with the production schedule. Relocation support available Work Location Assignment: On Premise
