Attorney Support Pro Specialist - Executive Assistant

The Attorney Support Pro Specialist - Executive Assistant is an integral part of Latham's Attorney Support team and will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a Partner, while preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. In addition, working occasional weekend hours may be required. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include: Managing and organizing the Partner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, proactively monitoring appointments, and arranging travel Serving as the primary point of contact for the Partner's internal and external communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses Coordinating and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items Maintaining and organizing confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures Supporting the Partner in managing client relationships, including handling inquiries and coordinating client meetings Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains We'd love to hear from you if you: Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus Possess the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms And have: A high school diploma or an equivalent A bachelor's degree or an equivalent, preferably A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably Benefits & Additional Information
