That's where you come in. We're seeking a Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies that drive growth in our partners' sales on Amazon and Walmart. You'll be the connector, liaising between departments, supporting brand partners, and ensuring projects stay on track. You'll ensure we deliver results through creative campaigns, optimized listings, and strategic support. We need a Brand Manager who is data-driven and understands both the creative and business sides of brand management. This role requires an individual with experience in Amazon Marketplace optimization, Amazon Ads, and a proactive mindset. You should be able to work with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and continuously optimize sales performance. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams, including eComm and Creative, Marketplace, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment across all efforts and meet clients' goals. You'll focus on driving visibility, improving listings, and providing clients' success on Amazon and Walmart. What You'll Do Own and manage brand growth strategies for Amazon and Walmart, ensuring sales and visibility targets are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, managing relationships and keeping them informed about timelines, strategies, and results. Work closely with the eComm, Creative, and Marketing teams to develop and implement compelling product listings and campaigns that drive traffic and sales. Monitor key metrics for Amazon and Walmart, analyzing trends and identifying areas of opportunity for optimization. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of brand campaigns and listing optimizations. Support the brand's profit and loss management, contributing to the achievement of financial goals and alignment with business objectives. Continuously learn and stay updated on best practices and changes within the Amazon marketplace to maximize brand success. Implement and track advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand goals. Report on brand performance, optimizing strategies to improve results based on data and insights. What You Bring 13 years of experience managing brands on Amazon or Walmart, with a deep understanding of Amazon Ads. Amazon Ads certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skillsyou will be client-facing, managing relationships and expectations. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other collaborative tools. Experience managing product listings and campaigns on Amazon. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, creative, and marketing teams. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Preferred Experience with Amazon Ads campaigns (including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands). Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools. Experience building and scaling systems in a rapidly growing environment. Understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies and tools, including SEO and conversion optimization.
