We are currently hiring for a Project Manager West Side Baggage to work with our team at the Tampa Airport. Reports to Deputy/Sr. Construction Manager Oversees and monitors the contractual performance of the Contractors/Design Builders assigned to projects Oversees and supervises the activities of assigned Project Engineers and Inspectors/Construction Coordinators Provides construction project management, technical and administrative oversight of the assigned construction projects. Monitors and assesses construction progress measurement/evaluation Oversees project schedules and cost control during construction Monitors construction quality and, in coordination with QA staff, recommends to the client appropriate corrective actions for observed non-conformance Maintains accurate and timely documentation of project status and key activities through daily reports and job site photos Reviews and makes appropriate recommendations on construction change proposals Reviews contractor/design builder schedules of values for monthly invoicing Prepares/provides input for any daily, weekly and monthly status reports and construction updates to the client Provides timely input for and participates in monthly project reviews with client Attends and participates in regular owner/architect/contractor (OAC) or coordination meetings related to assigned projects Provides input and analysis as needed to support client claims management Prior baggage project experience required Proven ability to engage a wide variety of key stakeholders for coordination purposes We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery.
