Inspector - Level 2 /1st Shift

As an Inspector - Level 2 /1st Shift, located in Chandler, AZ you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. The Successful Candidate: Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed products such as electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies or mechanical units, subassemblies, structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds. Uses various measuring devices. Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems. Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed. This is a fully on-site position. Relocation is not available for this role. Your Expertise - Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of additional education and/or related experience Available to work 6:00am-3:30pm Experience in cable manufacturing and/or inspection Able to read engineering documentation and inspect to drawings and parts lists, inspection plans, and supplemental instructions Strong work ethic and good attitude US Citizenship What Sets You Apart: Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IPC or prior IPC certifications Salary Range: $39,500.00 - $65,900.00
