Client Launch Manager
This position is the key to successfully launching new clients and migrating existing clients within QuickBox, and will ensure their expectations are met both in timing and execution. The right person for this position must be detail oriented, have excellent project management and communication skills and work closely with internal teams to manage risks such as scope, technical, project, and the overall relationship that might impact the target launch timeline. The person will need to interface with a client after contracts are assigned and follow all aspects of the Quick Box process. This person will also need to be capable of reviewing the process and implementing initiative to simplify and improve the process for both the Client and QuickBox. Plan, execute and complete new client initiatives Plan, execute and complete existing client migrations Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders representing various operational functions and business units Set project goals, identify key wins and risks, and anticipate potential future risks and/or opportunities in order to manage them accordingly. Apply problem-solving and facilitation skills to identify and solve complex business issues Facilitate meetings and assign clear action items and follow ups Manage competing and/or conflicting demands within project teams, using conflict mitigation techniques to maintain forward project momentum. Support the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and requirements that support implementation projects Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business Effectively understand client communicated needs and translate those needs into QuickBox processes while also setting expectations regarding contracted KPIs. Must have excellent verbal and phone skills Must have excellent and precise written skills Must be the advocate of Quick Box with the client to prevent scope creep and the ability to establish attainable client expectations Must be analytical to determine if expectations are reasonable and attainable If scope creep occurs must be prepared to engage Sales to create new pricing for the process Must successfully interface with all aspects of Quick Box
IT, Finance, Operations, Product, Sales at appropriate times in the process Is responsible for creating Quick Box process credibility and confidence with the client Job Qualifications Mandatory: Must have fulfillment experience Highschool diploma or GED Critical and Strategic Thinker Works well in Team environment Willing to contribute ideas and feedback Ability to learn on the go and pickup processes while in flight Self-starter with excellent follow-through Dependable, punctual and possess a positive attitude Ability to clearly communicate Extremely organized Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred 5-8 years project management experience Experience with new client launch and implementation Strong computer and word processing skills, including Microsoft applications Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
