Winchester Gardens is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! Winchester Gardens is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Maplewood, NJ. We are seeking Per Diem LPNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to the Independent Living residents and support the physician services provided in the clinic setting. Responsibilities: Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs. Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure that the resident's privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained. Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents' plans of care. Provides emergency care to Independent Living residents. Provide medications and treatment to Independent Living residents. Assists physicians in medical office setting. Assists with new hire medical clearances. Assists with employee injuries. Education and Experience: High school Diploma or equivalent required Valid LPN License required CPR Certified 2+ Years experience as an LPN preferred Benefits (Per Diem): 401k (Company Match If Eligibility is Met) Credit Union Voluntary Discounts Employee & Resident Bonus Referral Program Employee Assistance Program Pay Range: $33.50 - $35.50 / hour
