Sales Territory Manager for the West Area (CA & NV)

HVAC Division is seeking a dynamic individual to become part of our winning sales team. If you are a highly motivated team player who is interested in an exciting career with a leading global manufacturer then this job is for you! You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with regional accounts consisting of HVAC wholesale distributors and ductwork/sheet metal fabricators. Responsibilities: Promote HVAC products through meetings, site visits, calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Grow sales by maintaining existing business and prospecting new accounts. Service and maintain HVAC equipment at duct fabrication shops. Communicate sales volumes and maintain CRM records. Analyze pricing and respond to competitive actions. Network at trade shows and industry events. Conduct product training for distributors. Travel 50-75%. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience as a regional or territory sales manager. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
