Retail Asset Management Department Job Opening
We are hiring full-time associates to support the Retail Asset Management department. This role involves high-volume transaction processing, document review, and light phone support. Candidates must be comfortable navigating multiple systems and interpreting complex client instructions. Key Responsibilities: Process 350400 client activities monthly across phone, web, and paper channels. Handle both core and complex transaction types: Core:
Address/profile updates, uploading agreements, R&D calculations. Complex:
Financial beneficiary movements, new account setups, complex asset allocations. Review and interpret client paperwork, emails, and phone transcripts to determine intent. Navigate multiple systems to manage accounts. Track and document client inquiries to support process improvements. Collaborate with team members to enhance transaction quality and turnaround time. Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and data entry skills. Minimum 1 year of data entry or administrative experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and general computer navigation. Solid math and reading comprehension. Strong customer service and administrative capabilities. Work Environment: Call center/office based setting - onsite in Owings Mills. Collaborative and supportive culture focused on accuracy and efficiency.
