LPN Unit Coordinator
Leadership Role with Growth Opportunity Location: Seneca Health Care Center | West Seneca, NY Job Type: Full-time Rate: $28.00 - $30.00/hr. (depending on experience) Lead with confidence. Grow with purpose. Seneca Health Care Center is seeking a reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Coordinator to lead a dedicated nursing unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on both resident care and team development. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily clinical operations for the assigned unit Provide hands-on nursing care and oversee medication and treatment administration Supervise and support CNAs and unit staff to ensure high-quality resident care Monitor documentation, care plans, and compliance with regulatory standards Serve as a point of contact for families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in staff scheduling, training, and performance discussions Support communication between nursing leadership and frontline staff Requirements:
Current LPN license Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (Preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to effectively delegate, problem-solve, and prioritize care Experience in a lead nurse, charge nurse, or team leader role preferred What We Offer:
