This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on mechanical skills looking to grow into a long-term maintenance technician career. Position: Machinery Maintenance Mechanic Shift: 2nd Shift | 12-hour shifts (overnight) Location: Casa Grande, AZ Employment Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire Industry: Plastics Manufacturing What You'll Do: Perform preventative and routine maintenance on injection molding and plastics machinery Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Support equipment setup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures Maintain process equipment and ensure proper functionality of controls Document work, report issues, and collaborate with team leads Adhere to safety and food-safe compliance standards Opportunity to grow into a full maintenance technician role Preferred Experience: Experience in plastics manufacturing required Injection molding knowledge preferred but not mandatory Strong mechanical aptitude and multi-craft skills (electrical/mechanical) a plus Familiarity with hydraulic/pneumatic systems Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to learn Able to commit to a consistent overnight 2nd shift schedule Must be a team player with a strong work ethic Benefits: Why Work for ?nin?
