Order Distribution Coordinator | Hazleton, PA | $19-22/hr. based on Shift | Three shift options available: Wednesday-Saturday 4:00pm-2:30am $22.00/hr. Sunday-Wednesday 5:00am-3:30pm $19.00/hr. Wednesday-Saturday 5:00am-3:30pm $20.00/hr. Kelly, in partnership with a client in the logistics industry, is looking for an Order Distribution Coordinator in Hazleton, PA! This is a direct hire Order Distribution Coordinator position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire. Position Information

Manage & distribute work assignments to order picking staff/team, understanding individual strengths and weaknesses Monitor workflow and adjust labor optimization as necessary to optimize efficiency Monitor Quality Control operations, ensuring all loads are reviewed and completed on time Identify, document and report damages to Inventory Control Track and follow up on pending orders, proactively address delays Troubleshooting of system-related issues and report Input order data into systems, ensuring accuracy Communicate with internal teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations Required Experience

1-2 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, order picking or wave planning is preferred High School Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to work in a high-volume and time sensitive environment Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Synapse or similar platforms Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving up to 50lbs.
