Senior Designer

The Ecosystem and Collaboration team at Adobe is changing the future of how creative work gets done by helping millions of users manage and collaborate on their work, discover new creative workflows, and get the most out of all of their apps and services. We are looking for a Senior Designer with strong interaction design skills, excellent aesthetic judgment, and an ability to systematically work through complexity. In this role, you'll help define and evolve the personalized experiences for Creative Cloud users on both our Web and Desktop experiences, collaborating with other designers and partnering with product management, research, and engineering. You will be a primary driver who will ensure we continue to innovate and hold the bar high in our product experiences, as we create solutions that scale to the millions of users who rely on Adobe products every single day to create the future. What You'll Do

Design simple, elegant, and user-centric experiences that delight customers Define user interfaces using sketches, wireframes, flows, prototypes and Adobe Design's own UI design system Build high-fidelity and functional prototypes to validate and test your designs, as well as present to partners and stakeholders Create strong visual designs that elevate the product experience and drive coherence across an ecosystem of products Deliver well-defined design specifications for engineering handoff Look for opportunities to approach problems in new and inventive ways Help maintain visual and brand consistency across our products Collaborate with team members across design, product, and engineering to translate business objectives into unique product experiences What You Need To Succeed

5+ years of proven experience in fast-paced creative environments High-level of proficiency with Figma and Adobe creative tools Ability to convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animation Possess both exceptional product design skills and an ability to think conceptually and strategically, with a strong intuition for how the design work impacts the business A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work and tells a story A history of designing and launching complex, yet intuitive products Experience working iteratively with engineering teams to bring visions to life Ability

and passion - to effectively collaborate with other design, product, and engineering partners by influence Excellent interpersonal, spoken, and written communication Highly organized and self-starter/ownership mentality Preferred Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities. Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards. Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred. About Adobe Design

Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world's ability to create and communicate. We're a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe's three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
