The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing... Holman is currently accepting resumes for the position of Senior Data Analyst - Marketing. Principal Purpose of Position:
Extract, clean, and prepare large marketing datasets for analysis and reporting using SQL, Databricks, and other tools. Conduct data exploration, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to identify marketing trends and insights. Evaluate marketing campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and customer behavior to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS). Implement and maintain multi-touch and full-funnel attribution models and marketing mix models. Incorporate macro/market data sources such as Urban Science to support broader market analysis and competitive positioning. Design and develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to communicate insights. Present findings to stakeholders and leadership, translating complex data into actionable strategies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and finance teams to align analytics with business goals and data infrastructure improvements. Support data governance and quality assurance across marketing data sources (GA4, CRM, Salesforce, and sales systems). Evaluate GA4 event tags and implementation logic, including understanding of which tags fire on page load vs. user interaction. Leverage GitHub for version control, collaboration, and documentation of analytics workflows and code repositories. Mentor junior analysts on tools, analytics best practices, and business intelligence concepts. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Education and/or Training:
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience accepted. Certifications or training in tools like Power BI, Databricks, Google Analytics 4, or GitHub are a plus. Proficient in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks. Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.) Relevant Work Experience:
5+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or business intelligence. Proven experience in campaign analysis, full-funnel attribution modeling, and marketing spend optimization. Experience working with GA4 event tracking and tag configurations. Familiarity with macro/market-level data such as Urban Science for competitive market analysis. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, B2B analytics, CRM systems, and digital tracking tools. Hands-on experience using GitHub for collaborative analytics development and code management.
