If so, then we might have a good fit for you! COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join our Personal Lines Training team! The ideal candidate will bring expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning technologies to create engaging training programs. Key responsibilities: Designs and develops training curriculum, strategies, and delivery methods to provide the most effective and efficient training of participants to meet business outcomes. Compiles metrics to determine if learning objectives and business outcomes were met and to identify needed updates. How Does This Role Make an Impact?
- Partners with training specialists, project team members, or business area to conduct in-depth job task analysis and/or needs assessments to identify business goals, instructional objectives and determine training solutions. Develops design proposal outlining how proposed learning solutions will meet business goals. - Applies knowledge of adult learning and instructional design theory to design course plans and e-learning modules. Works collaboratively with training specialists to design and implement the training solution. - Designs assessments to measure participant progress during and after training. Analyzes data to identify trends for management reporting and potential additional training needs. Do You Have What We're Looking For?
- Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training. - Experience with learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise. - Ability to incorporate visuals, audio, and interactivity (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere) to enhance learning solutions. - Ability to identify learning gaps and propose creative, effective solutions. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training efforts and timelines. - Proficiency in ADDIE, SAM, or other design models to structure effective learning experiences. Base Pay Range: $76,000-$104,500 The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
