Middleware Administrator
The Middleware Administrator leads all activities associated with the deployment, operation, and optimization of enterprise Middleware platforms that power DLA business systems. You will: Install, design, create, and maintain Middleware solutions in complex client/server environments Conduct quality-control and audit activities to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data and middleware components Advise users on access methods and best practices for Middleware-based applications Deploy and configure user applications within the Middleware stack and ensure secure connectivity to backend databases Work closely with application developers to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance Apply deep knowledge of database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end programming languages (e.g., SQL) to support system design and database programming Maintain database dictionaries, enforce standards/procedures, and integrate systems through sound database design principles Qualifications (Must Haves): Five (5) years progressive experience administering Informatica solutions. Experience also shall include capability to work on various operating systems and additional programming languages. Must possess an active Secret clearance.
