The Role

We are hiring our first Enterprise Account Executive for entertainment. You will spot decision-makers across film, television, production, and VFX, spin up proofs of concept, close new business, and nurture relationships that unlock our biggest opportunities. Your deep industry knowledge and network will place Luma AI's creative tech inside the workflows of studios, streamers, and production houses. What a Typical Week Might Look Like

Target and tease: Build lists of studio execs, streaming platform innovators, and VFX supervisors in Clay or Apollo, craft irresistible outreach, and land discovery calls. Storyboard the win: Run workshops to map each client's production pipeline, then design proofs of concept that slot Luma into pre-vis, on-set, or post. Deal making: Draft proposals, handle objections, and negotiate complex MSAs that turn pilots into multi-year partnerships. Signal to product: Feed market intel to engineers so new features hit real production pain points. Premiere and expand: Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches, uncover upsell triggers, and celebrate ARR growth. Share the spotlight: Post competitive insights and success stories so the go-to-market team levels up together. Your Background Looks Something Like

The essentials: Four or more years closing SaaS deals in film, television, production, or VFX Consistent record of beating quota and managing complex studio or streamer sales cycles Fluent in production lingo: pre-vis, on-set VFX, editorial, and pipeline tools Confident running outbound, discovery, demo, and renewal motions in HubSpot or a similar CRM What would make you exceptional: You led a startup into a new vertical and made it the fastest-growing revenue stream Rolodex of producers, VFX supervisors, and studio tech leads who answer your calls Early-stage experience where you built the sales playbook while hitting the number You Might Really Thrive Here If
