Intelligence Analyst Position
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting an Intelligence Analyst in Coronado, California. This position is contingent upon contract award. Roles and responsibilities include providing multidisciplinary intelligence support, conducting research; analyzing data; and creating products, services, and data. Additional duties involve assisting with process improvement activities, creating new intelligence-related training and materials, providing training to junior personnel, offering general administrative support, and drafting a wide variety of documents, including procedures and instructions. Required qualifications and experience include having an adjudicated Top Secret clearance with the ability to access Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), a valid U.S. passport, the ability to research, gather data, assemble, and analyze facts; draw conclusions; and develop solutions, extensive and thorough knowledge of intelligence operations, working knowledge of and the ability to use email and Microsoft Office applications, an excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, the ability to be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions, the ability to write clear and complete correspondence (in a military format as required), at least 3 years of experience working as an Intelligence Analyst, experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting stringent timelines, experience acquiring, creating, and leveraging resources (e.g., tools and data) and integrating advanced technologies to overcome process barriers and resolve inefficiencies, the ability to work in an agile and fast-paced team development environment, and at least 3 years of recent experience working with or supporting the U.S. military.
