Internal Medicine Residency Program Manager

Position Summary: The Program Manager oversees the daily operations of the Internal Medicine Residency Program, ensuring compliance with ACGME accreditation policies. This role is responsible for long-term planning, trainee recruitment, project development, administrative workflow analysis, and database management. Additionally, the Program Manager serves as a key liaison, facilitating communication between faculty, residents, and external stakeholders while managing internal and external program relations. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
