Job DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Event Technology Specialist to join our onsite event operations team. This role focuses on badge printing and check-in technology for conferences, trade shows, and other high-profile events.Responsibilities:Set up and operate Zebra badge printers and related hardwareConfigure local networks for badge printers and iPads for onsite badge printingConnect a MCE Router from a venue hard LAN line to the devicesTroubleshoot technical issues quickly in a live event environmentChange printer label paper and keep devices online. Rarely fail once connected properlyWork closely with event managers to ensure smooth operationsRequirementsRequirements:Prior knowledge or experience with badge printing technology (Zebra printers preferred)Experience setting up small/local networks for devices or comfortable finding device IP addresses to add to IpadComfortable using iPads and other event check-in toolsStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressureReliable, punctual, and able to work flexible event schedulesProfessional appearance and communication skillsBenefitsPerks:Training provided on our specific systems and workflowsTravel to supporting event from Bay Area to BostonOpportunities to work exciting events and network with industry professionals
