Come join the Meta Store Retail team at Meta Connect 2025 in Menlo Park! As a Retail Experience Expert, you will bring the latest in wearable, AI, and mixed reality technology to life while properly qualifying event attendees and converting to purchase on-site through a Point-of-Sale system. You must have full availability September 11th - 19th between the hours of 8 am - 10 pm. Training and event shifts will be 8-12 hours per day, exact times and days TBD. $100 bonus for successful completion of all training and event days! Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client's products, including accessories and how to position them with every customer type Demonstrate products to customers and influence how they play, learn, and experience the world around them. Process sales transactions using our client's Point-of-Sale system. Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, opening and closing procedures, maintaining interactive displays, and Other duties as assigned by management What You'll Bring
Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years customer-facing experience in retail Skills and Attributes: Exemplary interpersonal communicational skills - written, verbal, and on-camera Authentic, engaging, and energetic with a customer-first mentality Tech-savvy and passionate about technology Attentive to deadlines, start times, and reporting requests Ability to multi-task and remain agile and flexible as details and event needs change and evolve Natural relationship builder: ability to build and foster business relationships independently at multiple levels Ability to remain professional at all times while showing patience and tact, remaining calm under pressure, and practicing good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision-making High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn and succeed Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
