Position Summary The Production Operator is responsible for executing manufacturing operations related to the production of polyurethane timing belts. This role ensures that all processes are performed in accordance with established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards to produce high-quality, conforming products. Key responsibilities include reviewing job specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and promptly reporting any deviations in materials, equipment, or product quality. The Production Operator also plays an active role in supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and safety. BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is an ISO 9001 certified company. This role is responsible for learning, understanding, and demonstrating ISO 9001 standards through daily work activities. What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks across various production areas, including: Stamping & Welding

Punch press setup, belt welding, hole punching, and belt slitting Covers

Applying cover materials, adhesive bonding, grinding, and machining Profiling

Injection molding, profile modification, welding, and BFX slitting Extrusion

Operating extrusion equipment for BFX and M belts CNC Machining

CNC and waterjet machining, ATN hole punching You'll follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and organization. What You Bring Understanding and following verbal and written directions Attention to detail; high demands on the quality of our own work Perform repetitive tasks with constant quality and productivity Using calibers and basic measurement equipment Understand and apply measurement tolerances to products Able to read and write simple instructions and documentation Comfortable performing shop-level calculations as needed for measurements and production tasks Physical/Environment Must be able to lift 49lbs. to waist height Standing all day (90% of shift) with ability to move about the manufacturing area Manual dexterity Hand eye coordination Manufacturing Environment, inclusive of varying temperatures Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $18
