Barista Position
From morning lattes to afternoon pick-me-ups, baristas at the Coeur d'Alene Resort's Lobby Caf keep the energy flowing. If you're fast on your feet, friendly under pressure, and love the rhythm of a busy caf, this role is a great fit. Our team focuses on speed, consistency, and creating a welcoming moment for every guest, even during a rush. Previous barista or caf experience preferred Pay Range:
$25$30 per hour (includes base wage and average tips) What You'll Do
Prepare and serve espresso, coffee, blended drinks, and teas Greet every guest with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked Support teammates during rushes and shift transitions Restock product and monitor inventory levels Follow health, safety, and food-handling procedures What We're Looking For
