Senior Drafter/Job Captain
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Drafter/Job Captain to assist the Project Manager in producing quality construction documents in an efficient and profitable manner. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and have a strong background in single-family and/or multi-family residential architectural design. Location: Tampa, FL Employment Type: Temp to Perm Responsibilities: Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and manual drafting processes to produce construction documents according to pre-established guidelines and instructions. Adhere to applicable guidelines for project standards. Convert limited verbal and written directions from the Job Captain or Project Manager into finished products or documents throughout the design process. Draft specification changes as needed. Proofread and review own work to ensure accuracy and completeness. Generate architectural plans and graphics. Requirements: Associate's degree in Drafting/Design. 3-8 years of experience in single-family and/or multi-family residential architectural design. Proficiency in using AutoCAD. Proficiency in using Revit. Compensation: Hourly rate: $28.85/hr. - $36.06/hr.
