What You'll Need: Current Texas Dental License (DDS or DMD) Pediatric Dentistry Certificate from an accredited U.S. program Oral Conscious Sedation Certificate (Preferred) CPR Certification DEA and NPI Numbers Ability to work in a high volume pediatric Medicaid Office Pay Range
