Business Development Director Or VP

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Director or VP to lead and expand our partnerships with Video Publishers, Platforms, and Ad Tech partners across North America. This is a high-impact role focused on driving adoption of AudioStack's AI-powered audio production infrastructure within the video advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for accelerating growth by owning the sales process end-to-endfrom prospecting to closingand playing a key role in scaling AudioStack's commercial presence in a priority region. This role is fully remote, working independently with support from our senior global commercial leadership. AudioStack is the world's most powerful AI audio production infrastructure. what you'll be doing: Own and drive revenue generation for the North American region, focused on B2B enterprise sales to video publishers, video ad platforms, and adtech vendors. Identify, engage, and close strategic deals with Video Publishers, OTT/CTV Platforms, and Video AdTech partners. Manage the full sales cycle with a consultative approachfrom prospecting to deal negotiation to onboarding. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet aggressive growth targets. Build and manage long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders across the video advertising ecosystem. Provide market insights, forecasts, and regular updates to senior commercial leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new client implementations and product innovation. Act as a strategic voice in shaping AudioStack's positioning in the North American video market. Help scale AudioStack's brand presence and commercial footprint across key conferences, events, and networks.
