Finance Planning And Analysis Role

The role will focus on FP&A and Labor Planning and Analysis, aligning with our new business needs. Responsibilities include: Managing and reconciling workforce planning data ensuring financial alignment as it pertains to the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting Collaborating with business partners to create and manage company-wide incentive planning process, developing reporting tools to support this initiative Serving as financial liaison for labor related matters/inquiries Collaborating with Finance and Executive business partners to create the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting Finance liaison for health and welfare costs supporting both internal and external partners Booking journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions Consolidation and analyzing Non-Employee Labor during AOP/forecasts About Scholastic For more than 100 years, Scholastic Corporation has been meeting children where they are
