Mid Level Career Opportunity In Finance
Finance position available in McLean, VA, with a hybrid schedule of 2-3 onsite days per week. The role is funded through June 2025 with options for additional years. Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 No traveling required. Responsibilities include: Supporting the development, implementation, and performance of intragovernmental reconciliations of buyer/seller data with the Army's trading partners. Performing the validation of developed intragovernmental trading partner reconciliations using supporting transactional data from the Army's Enterprise Resource Planning systems and the DoD's big data platform. Coordinating with the Army's trading partners to resolve variances identified within intragovernmental trading partner reconciliations. Performing a detailed and thorough analysis of the quality and accuracy of trading partner data within the Army's ERP systems. Assisting the Army with the automation of manual processes associated with the performance of intragovernmental trading partner reconciliations. Requirements: Must hold an active Secret clearance or higher. Degree in Accounting or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management. CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM certification. At least 6 years of experience with federal financial management. At least 3 years of experience in federal accounting. A current CPA license is highly preferable but not required. Must be local to Tysons, hold an accounting degree, and have audit experience.
