Full Time Direct Support Professional
One Vision is excited to offer a new 12-hour shift model designed with work-life balance in mind. We are currently hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Front-End Night Schedule, supporting individuals in our Fort Dodge homes. If you're looking for purpose-driven work that makes a real impact, this is the job for you. As a DSP, you'll provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by: Assisting with daily living tasks: hygiene, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, and medications Encouraging independence and personal growth Supporting community involvement and recreational activities Driving individuals to appointments and outings Completing clear, accurate documentation using electronic systems Supporting individual financial responsibilities and grocery shopping What Makes You a Great Fit: You're compassionate and dependable You're eager to build meaningful connections You're a team player who values respect and inclusion You're looking for stable, rewarding work with a consistent schedule Qualifications: No experience required - we provide paid training Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed Comfortable using a computer or device for documentation Must pass background checks and health screenings Willing to complete all required job training and certifications This is a safety-sensitive role.
