Project Controls Leadership:
You will provide expert project controls leadership, specializing in cost engineering, Earned Value Management (EVM), Change Management, and Risk Management, with a strong focus on EPCMV Biopharmaceutical projects. Cost Management & Reporting:
You will develop and maintain comprehensive Total Installed Cost Reports, tracking subcontractor and vendor commitments, expenditures, and final forecasts. Scheduling & Planning:
You will build and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
You will analyze project data, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations to ensure project success and adherence to EVM principles. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
You will collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Who You Are:
Educated Professional:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or have equivalent relevant work experience. Biopharmaceutical Expertise:
You have 20+ years of experience in Cost Engineering/Project Controls, with a significant track record in EPCMV Biopharmaceutical projects. Technical Proficiency:
You possess advanced Excel skills and expertise in EcoSys, Oracle Unifier, and Primavera P6. Strategic & Analytical:
You demonstrate high emotional intelligence, a strong team player mentality, excellent analytical abilities, and are coachable. EPCMV Lifecycle Expert:
You have extensive experience with the EPCMV project lifecycle, encompassing both home office and field construction. Required Skills:
Expertise in Cost Engineering, Earned Value Management (EVM), Change Management, and Risk Management, specifically within the Biopharmaceutical sector. Advanced proficiency in Excel, EcoSys, Oracle Unifier, and Primavera P6. Experience in preparing and maintaining Total Installed Cost Reports. Ability to build and maintain complex project schedules using Primavera P6. Strong understanding of the EPCMV project lifecycle. Additional Details
Term:
This is a temporary position with an end date of 1/30/26 with a high possibility of contract extension. Pay Range:
$70.00 - $110.00 based on prior experience.
