Student Assistant, Athletics LED Content
Under the supervision of the Director, Student Assistants will work both independently and collaboratively to create motion graphics for the LED screens to enhance the overall fan experience for athletic sporting events. Student Assistants will also be responsible for operating the graphics systems, ensuring the correct graphics and information are displayed on the LEDs throughout athletic sporting events located at Ohio Stadium and the Schottenstein Center. Workstations with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) are in the Jack Nicklaus Museum offices for LED content creators during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). LED content needs include student-athlete headshots, matchups, crowd prompts for specific game moments, scoreboards, stats, and more. Shifts for LED content operators vary based on sporting event schedules, and require working evenings, possible late nights, and weekends. Previous experience is not required, but knowledge of Adobe After Effects, and a general understanding of sports are preferred. Pay rate starts at $13.00/hour.
