Cyber Security Trainer (Ir)

Currently, Recro is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Cyber Security Trainer (IR), to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. Clearance: TS/SCI Responsibilities: Consult with client to develop learning objectives and training approach Research, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials to potentially support WBT (Web-Based Training)/CBT (Computer-Based Training)/ILT (Instructor-Led Training) Apply various instructional strategies, models, and theories to develop or improve learning content to enhance learning transfer and greater on-the-job performance Conduct tabletop walkthroughs of existing Incident Response plans with guardians Present/instruct developed courseware Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required IAT Level III required or attain IAT III within 30 days Experience working on a cybersecurity team, such as a Security Operations Center (SOC), Cyber Protection Team (CPT) or Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP). 3+ years of cyber security experience with emphasis on incident response and hands on experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS (LogRhythm, Elastic Stack, Splunk, Trellix HBSS, and WireShark) 2+ years cybersecurity course training development and training in the areas incident response areas such as analyzing network alerts, collecting intrusion artifacts, building incident response cases, performing initial collection of forensically sound images Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred: CySA+ or CFR or GCFA or GCFE or GCIA or GCIH or GICSP or GMON or CCE; or equivalent education or military training.
