Do you have a passion for designing and building innovative control systems? We are seeking a talented Integration Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to our custom-engineered software and control systems projects. In this role, you will: Design, install, and maintain electrical PLC control systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards. Create and modify system designs, including electrical layouts and wiring schematics. Program, troubleshoot, and upgrade PLC hardware and software. Lead installation and testing processes, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency. Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with project teams. To be successful, you will have: 5+ years of solid automation experience, with a strong focus on PLCs and Allen-Bradley coding. A solid engineering foundation and excellent skills in time management, critical thinking, decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. The tenacity to see projects through to completion and a commitment to high-quality work. Bonus points if you have: Experience with airport baggage handling systems (BHS). A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Engineering Technology (E.T.), or a relevant technical field. Experience using AutoCAD, particularly for electrical applications.
