As a Privacy Compliance Analyst on ADP's Global Privacy Team, you will play a central role in safeguarding personal data by managing and conducting privacy reviews and overseeing the privacy inquiry mailbox. In this role, you will report directly to the Global Chief Privacy Officer, supporting ADP's commitment to privacy compliance and responsible data use. You'll be joining a team of dedicated privacy professionals and will help shape the future of privacy compliance at ADP. What you'll do: Conduct first-level privacy reviews for business initiatives, vendor engagements, and product development to assess compliance with global privacy laws and internal standards. Manage and triage the privacy mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to internal and external privacy-related inquiries. Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and business teams to provide guidance on privacy risks and mitigation strategies. Maintain and enhance privacy review templates, workflows, and documentation within ADP's privacy management tools in coordination with the Senior Director, Privacy Compliance Programs. Track and report on privacy review metrics and mailbox trends to identify areas for process improvement and training. Support the development and rollout of consistent privacy compliance processes across business units. Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in relevant regulatory compliance skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. To succeed in this role: 3+ years of enterprise-level regulatory compliance-related experience in privacy, data protection, contracts, or similar, preferably in a global environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with minimal supervision. You'll have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. For additional comfortability in the role: 3+ years of global privacy or data protection compliance experience, with a strong understanding of global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and their application in business operations. Demonstrated experience conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs), data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), or similar reviews. Familiarity with privacy management tools and systems.
