Lead Software Engineer
4+ years of experience with a strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.), and NLP techniques. Experience working with LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and/or open-source models (Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.). Experience working with vector databases and embeddings for document retrieval. Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. Experience in designing prompt engineering workflows and evaluating prompt performance. Proficient in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, etc.). Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Prior experience building GenAI applications in enterprise settings.
