In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Compass Call is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Program Manager to manage projects in support of Sustainment and Repairs under the leadership of the Product Area Director for Life Cycle Integrated Product Support. This position has the responsibility for the leadership and management oversight of a project team assuring that project's financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting all contractual commitments. The candidate must be able to work with cross functional organizations to assure repair deliveries continue to exceed customer commitments. Further, this role ensures the adherence and compliance within assigned projects to the Operational Framework and the appropriate sections of the Operational Assurance Statement. The Program Manager manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a collection of production projects; participates in the support of new business and in the development of proposals; and models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Typically requires Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree. Strong background in Sustainment, Logistics, and Repairs. Good understanding of risk management practices as well as Cost Account Management and proposal development. Ability to work independently and with attention to detail as part of a large, cross-functional team. Ability to successfully obtain, a TS/SCI security clearance. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's Degree. Active Secret clearance. Pay Information: Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
