We are looking for a passionate Sr Program Manager in Chicago, IL who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. As an important team leader, you will participate in the management of the design, coordination, execution and supervision of the HSSE, quality, technical aspects, procurement activities, construction and/or construction management, scheduling and cost control of your projects. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and deliver small- and large-scale capital projects. As a passionate leader, you'll leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. Here's what you'll need: Bachelor's degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline At least 22 years of experience in managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities Professional Engineer (PE) Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Ideally, you'll also have: Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field Jacobs' health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $167,500.00 to $219,825.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
