As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making sure our vendors are paid accurately and on timekeeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to process invoices, maintain financial records, and keep our accounting systems clean and current. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational AP experience who enjoys structure, systems, and seeing the impact of their work. What You'll Do
Review and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Research and resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues Maintain detailed and organized AP records, including aging reports Support internal accounting processes such as month-end and year-end close Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations Uphold company policies and regulatory standards related to financial transactions What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience (manufacturing background is a plus!) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a team-driven environment Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based with standard hours in a climate-controlled setting Occasional interaction with production areas; standard office equipment used regularly Some standing and walking required Why You'll Love Working Here
