Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Apex Systems has an opening available for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with one of our clients out of Pensacola, FL. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. This position ensures a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams by managing interview logistics, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and facilitating communication throughout the hiring journey. The coordinator also contributes to onboarding efforts and recruitment events, helping to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent. Location: Hybrid in Pensacola, FL Duration: 12+ month contract with the potential to convert full-time Compensation: $20-25/hr based on relevant years experience Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates, answering questions, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate and timely information. Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, scheduling orientations, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition. Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events, job fairs, and internship programs. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide administrative support throughout the hiring cycle. Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities and candidate pipelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven experience coordinating recruitment events or programs. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
