The PRN Screening Technician has a large amount of direct contact with study participants and is a critical link between participants and the other members of the Screening Team responsible for communicating problems, questions and/or clarifications to the Screening Supervisor. What You Will Do: Conducts screening procedures in accordance with WCT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and study protocol under the supervision of the Screening Supervisor. Collects and processes lab samples (blood, urine, and other body fluids) Vital signs ECGs Performs skin testing for allergens Other lab procedures as required What You Will Bring To The Role: Must be able to follow complex written and verbal instructions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Accurately complete assigned procedures each shift. Exceptional organizational skills. Your Experience: Graduate from an accredited Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program or experience in a Phase I clinical environment. At least 6 months of phlebotomy experience. Phlebotomy certification, Medical Assistant certification, or experience as a lab technician. We love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.
