Senior Level Career Position

Monitors and manages contractor staff, addressing any identified personnel issues. Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet the requirements and priorities as identified by division leadership. Work collaboratively with government analysts to define and execute all reports and other deliverables. Review and evaluate incoming reports and information, collection plans, and programs. Develop and project data and estimate probabilities based upon knowledge of current and past intelligence situations, and an understanding of the significance of conditions and trends. Provide specialized research, threat analysis, and production support. Access and perform research on designated automated databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest to the government, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) to be specified by the customer. Provide threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the government's requirements. Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the government's information and technical support requirements. Conduct analytical and critical thinking; (i.e. understand problem set, review facts, make accurate observations and judgments and provide recommendations to management). Required Experience: Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph, Bachelors degree (note: in lieu of degree) Must have 4 additional years of military or federal experience in a similar program may be substituted for the degree. Must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and services that operate utilizing these software packages. Must be able to establish methodology for problems which do not appear to be susceptible to treatment by generally accepted methods. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types. Must have skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences. Must have at least 10 years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques. Must have at least five years of leadership, supervisory or management experience. Must be skilled in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish PWS objectives. Work experience in national security or security-related matters with an emphasis on information analysis required. Preferred Experience: Proficiency in understanding security risk management concepts and experience with intelligence-focused operation environment is preferred.
