Exhibit proficiency in all of the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, pediatric blood collections, difficult draws (patients in medical office buildings). Has comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety, and is able to effectively communicate the importance of compliance and safety to other employees. Possess the ability and skills necessary to provide orientation and training for patient service technicians. All interaction with minors will be supervised by a supervisor or RN. Phlebotomist, Lab Assistant, CPT I, venipuncture, neonatal Phlebotomist, Lab Assistant, CPT I, venipuncture, neonatal HS Diploma CPT 1 License Must be computer savvy - must have experience with a lab system (ie Cerner) Customer Service Available for on-call schedule (typically 32 hours per week on average - range could be 24 - 40 hours but the more they are available Intermediate Level The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
