Taxwell is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our financial obligations are met efficiently and on time. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices on a daily basis, including entry and coding. This includes purchase order and non-purchase order invoices. Maintain supplier records, ensuring they are set up accurately. Analyze and manage large volume payment data for various types of customer payments. Assist with month-end close activities. Provide customer service support to internal company stakeholders by resolving issues and questions related to accounts payable processes. Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships. Perform special projects and other job duties as requested. Skills And Educational Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. Skills and key competencies: Workday Financials ERP experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
