add/update resource data, contractor purchase requisition and monthly accruals, resource reporting and data integrity corrections. Manage program financial activities

eSar, SOW, NDA, Pcard, Vendor setup and Purchase Orders. Financial tracking thru budget database, monthly finance close support and AP issues resolution. Material Mgt - ordering, receiving, storing and distribution of program material worldwide. PM Processes

Understanding PM processes to support tracking and training and guidance to PM's where needed. Program template updates quarterly. Prioritize and manage day-to-day activities requested from Program team members and report up weekly status. Identify areas for improvement and implements improvements of work processes. Collects and prepare from a variety of sources and prepared a variety of reports involving judgement and analysis. Proactively manages stakeholder follow up based on timelines and parameters established with the project manager Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent experience 2+ years experience- ideally in financial reporting Preferred Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and lead others. Experience with Oracle Experience processing Purchase Orders and managing financial receipts. Solid time management and organizational skills and monitor of program activities. Desire to learn project management discipline Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate change, adopt and apply new skills Beginner to intermediate skills in PC based documentation tools including proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel, PPoint) and MS Project Skilled in PC based documentation tools including MS Office SharePoint, Power Bi Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management) Solid communication skills. Able to articulate own thoughts concisely. Able to listen well and capture teams ideas. Uses proper grammar, spelling, etc. Experience with Executive Presentations/ Review of Data Demonstrated skills in transfer of knowledge / 1:1 training methods. This is a part-time position. Salary: USD 59800.00 - USD 89800.00 Yearly Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
