Our engineering program management group drives roadmap and product definition activities, partnering with an extraordinarily diverse collection of functions to explore multiple concepts and ideas. Together with our team, you will continue to uphold and contribute to the Apple product development process and help deliver the world's most successful consumer products! Minimum Qualifications
BS in Engineering required, Mechanical or Electrical preferred Experience in hardware engineering or program management Preferred Qualifications
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes Rapidly gets up to speed with new technology and ideas Good understanding of technology and the consumer electronics industry Demonstrates creative and critical thinking capabilities Able to generate clear and accurate visualizations of quantitative data Excellent oral and written communication, active listening, and presentation skills Equally comfortable in big-picture strategy and deep technical discussions Able to comprehend, communicate, and manage complex design tradeoff decisions, with superior attention to detail Works collaboratively, builds trust with other teams, and able to influence others without authority Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
