Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager leads the marketing and communications efforts for ENFRA's development segment, supporting Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects through strategic and tactical marketing execution. This role works closely with project developers to support proposals, presentations, and client deliverables, and collaborates with corporate marketing to align division-level initiatives with company-wide branding, messaging, and marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager also partners with development leadership to support planning and execution of internal and external events. The Marketing Manager's responsibilities include communicating the company's brand message through internal and external marketing initiatives. Specific responsibilities include: Works closely with project developers to develop and refine proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials Manages proposal and customer deliverables throughout the development process Develops written and visual content for proposals, client deliverables, presentations, conference abstracts, social media, and marketing collateral Collaborates with the corporate marketing team to align messaging, branding, and company-wide marketing initiatives Assists in the development of the company brand message and positioning strategies Assists in planning and execution of corporate and division-level marketing initiatives Maintains company brand guidelines and ensures correct brand usage across all development communications Creates marketing campaigns and develops supporting content for social media and website Supports business development efforts for the development division and executes related marketing activities Develops and executes strategy for company participation at industry conferences and events, including securing speaking opportunities and sponsorships Works with development leadership to plan and execute internal and external events Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Acrobat Pro). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional interpersonal skills. Creative thinker and problem solver. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Ability to work in a collaborative, creative team environment. Preferred Qualifications (OPTIONAL) Direct experience in the A/E/C or energy infrastructure industry. Graphic design experience. Travel Requirements Occasional travel (10% or less) may be required to support initiatives and project pursuits. Physical/Work Environment Requirements Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs. Sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time. Working at a computer screen. Pay Range USD $66,760.00 - USD $89,180.00 /Yr.
