Our office managers serve as leaders and are the heart and soul of the practice. Our managers focus on partnering with our doctors to optimize practice performance and provide the best patient experience. By joining our team, you will have: Work-Life Balance: (Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm) Time Off: Up to 3 Weeks Collective Paid Time Off + 8 Paid Holidays (PTO rolls over!) Authorize expenditures to budget. Qualifications
Ability to delegate tasks effectively Proactively manage performance expectations Prioritization of competing commitments and initiatives Ability to manage up, across and down effectively Strong verbal and written communication Customer service experience Leadership and management experience Dental office experienced (preferred) Additional Information
