Program Manager

to join our team in the Fort Meade, MD. This is a hybrid position. This role will manage the Integrated Cyber Education, Development & Training (ICED-T) program at US Cyber Command. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for all aspects of MANTECH's performance under and the execution of the ICED-T contract.

Identify and define resources and schedule for project/program implementation. Ensure that staffing plan and team competencies meet mission requirements.

Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Responsible for managing the program's financials to include budget, forecast, profitability, and provides weekly reporting.

Responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvements, or enhancements to achieve cost savings, cost avoidance or improvements to meet customer and mission goals.

Directly contribute to and lead a team collectively responsible for: Training and Proficiency Standards Development.

Curriculum Validation and Policy Services.

Cyber Work Role Development.

Joint Curriculum for Advanced Cyber Work Roles.

Instructional Services for Advanced Cyber Work Roles.

Advanced Cyber Work Role Course Registration and Records Management.

Force Development Training Course Assessment Services:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in the management and control of complex cyber OCO/DCO training and exercise evaluations.

Certified Program Management Profession (PMP)

Level III Project Manager

Experience at a USCYBERCOM and/or a Service Cyber Component in training strategy support.

Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Instructional System Development (ISD) methodology.

4+ years of experience in a cyberspace environment.

Clearance Requirements: Must have an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $165,800.00-$297,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
